This Privacy Policy explains how GameTally("the app," "we," or "us") handles your information. We built GameTally to be a private, offline-friendly scorekeeper. We do not sell your data, show ads, or track you across other apps and websites.

Information We Collect

GameTally does not require an account and does not collect personal information on our servers. The data you create in the app — including games, players, scores, statistics, and notes — is stored locally on your device.

iCloud Sync

If you enable iCloud sync, your app data is stored in your own private iCloud account and synchronized across your devices using Apple's CloudKit service. This data lives in your personal iCloud container — we cannot access, read, or share it. Apple's handling of this data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. You can turn sync off at any time in the app's settings.

No Tracking or Analytics

GameTally contains no third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs. We do not build a profile of you, and we do not use your data for marketing.

Support Requests

If you contact us through the support form on this website, we collect the name, email address, and message you provide. We use this information solely to respond to your request. Messages are delivered to our support inbox via Resend, our email delivery provider. We do not add you to any mailing list.

Children's Privacy

GameTally is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the app does not collect personal data, no special data-handling applies to younger users.

Data Retention and Deletion

You are in control of your data:

• Deleting the app from your device removes all locally stored data.
• Data synced to iCloud can be removed through your device's iCloud settings, or by clearing the app's data from within GameTally.
• Support emails are retained only as long as needed to resolve your request.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of GameTally after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
